The ideal candidate is a self-starter, reliable, friendly, flexible, organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys serving others.

Main Objective: Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks including the upkeep of the reception area and mail room. Serve as Fellowship Greenville’s first point of contact for visitors and callers providing them with a professional and welcoming experience.

Job Description:

1.  Phone and guest responsibilities
2.  Mailroom management and upkeep
3.  General office upkeep
4.  Corporate credit card check-out/in
5.  Deposits
6.  Database address changes
7.  General presence and support for visitors and staff
8.  Support the following ministry area as follows:         
        - IT: Printer/copier service calls and toner order
        - Facilities :
              Keys, distribution and record keeping
              Contractor key check-out/in
              Review facility use/setup worksheet drafts weekly
              Print weekly reports
         - Connections & Members:
              Guest database entry
              Guest and Membership letters

Critical Skills: flexible, Google proficient, organized, self-motivated, and an excellent communicator

Relates Closely To: Visitors, pastors, and facilities
Job Status: Part-time: two days per week (8:30-4:45) plus every other Friday (8:30-12:00) No weekends.
